Dear Sponsor,

Thank you for your kindness and generosity in the consideration of sponsoring of needy child. Your sponsorship money provides tuition to attend school, a hot meal on school days, school uniform and school supplies. The process to become a sponsor is very easy.

1. Complete the form below

    a. Choose your preference of a girl or boy, and the country he or she is from.
    b. If you do not have a preference, a child will be chosen for you.

2. Tear off the form, place a stamp on it and drop it in the mail it to Mission Discovery.
3. You will receive follow-up information including the name, school and profile of your sponsored child.
4. You will receive a HOLD the children update letter each month that includes a tear off payment stub at the bottom.
5. You may elect to mail monthly payments of $30, quarterly payments of $90, or you may choose to pay the entire year's sponsorship of $360 at one time. Choose what is best for you. You will receive the monthly newsletter regardless of the payment plan you choose.
6. Please make sure that you return the payment stub along with payments to insure that the funds are properly assigned.
